Push me, do (in English)

Why do people think the way they do?
The 3 levels of interaction that drive people think or do differently than before.
This one person observes you, and finds something that motivates her to move, to act differently, to make a decision, to change opinion. You don’t care, or even notice. That is the power of influence. Number 1 level. Only the influenced party is active, the influencer is not.
That is the power of influence
There are times when you interact with somebody, may he have a prior position or not, but you want – or just prefer – him to think, act or decide according to your intention. He is very aware of what’s going on: evaluates, opposes, and, possibly, ends up agreeing. The process may get verbalized or not. This second mechanism is persuasion, both parties are conscious and active in the process.
The second mechanism is persuasion
The third level of interaction goes back to one unconscious party. Intentionally, through whatever method: misleading, deception, misrepresentation, fabrication, or even equivocation, you force the other party to accept for true something that you know is not. Manipulation. The manipulated party changes mind, not being aware of the other party’s real intention.
Then, there is manipulation
The first two are perfect, but I see too much of the third. The difference is only within the intentional universe of you.
